Reservation can be made as follows:

• 1) Hour              : One month prior to the day of use.
• 2) Day               : Three months prior to the day of use.
• 3) Multiple days  : One year prior to the days of use.

*Looking for the people who can holds classes/workshop regulary.

The time/space is preferentially reserved for such clients, so please get in touch with us for the details.

* Please not that if we cannot confirm the payment by the date specified above, we may have to cencel the reservation.

The deposited amount will be taken as a cencellation charge and not refundable.

• 1) Please check the schedule first, then fill out the application form on our website, and send it.
• 2) We will send you the confirmation email after we receive and confirm the content of the email.
• 3) Please make sure to understand the followings.

  • A: If the day of use is more than 2 months ahead :

    – The reservation should be confirmed when you receive the confirmation email from us.

  • B: If the day of use is more than 1 month but less than 2 months ahead :

    – Please pay 50% of the rental charge as a deposit.

    The reservation will be confirmed upon verifying the deposit payment.

  • C: If the date of use is less than 1 month :

    – Please pay 100% of rental charge .

    The reservation will be confirmed upon verifying the full payment.

• 4) Please pay the rest of rental charge according to the above mentioned rules.

  • A: Please pay the 50% of rental charge when it becomes 2 months prior to the day of use.

  • B: Please make the full payment when it comes to 1 month prior to the day of use.
